What a joke for a company! Customer service and staff are horrible and rude. they will lie to you and hold you up from getting an estimate from them because of their lying. The regional manager is no better, but I see why the staff at the Tallahassee location treats their customers the way they do. It all starts with management and goes down. Be careful not to fall for their lies and the way they treat customers here! Don't say you wasn't warned.
Slowest place I know of And the forklift drive made my guys hand load 111 2x4 the other day They all charge me different prices for the same item and I never get out of there under an hour And people who come in after me leave before me and all I was getting was ties one post and tension bans
They unloaded me under an hour. Safe and clean work place.
Won't be taken more loads to this place. How you only recieve for only 7a.m.-11a.m.!!!!!!! And it take almost 4 hrs to unload one truck!!!!!!! This place is a total joke.
Awesome customer service. The guys back will really helpful and very eager smiling and compassion for a new beginner.
