Master Home Solutions AC and Heating

Master Home Solutions is the service provider through my Choice Home Warranty. Let me preface this review by saying I don't think much of home warranty companies as they are hard to get claims approved. BUT.....in this case I'm glad I had it because I got to work with Johnnis Pujols at Master Home Solutions. Bare in mind that I live 60 miles from SA and still received amazing service from Johnnis. He has gone above and beyond to work with me and get warranties covered through the manufacturer of my A/C unit. I would guess he's going to save me $2-3K based on his knowledge and willingness to order and pick up parts for me. I can't thank him enough and recommend him and Master Home Solutions if you're in the SA area.

Mr. Pujols was great to business with. My home warranty company assigned him to fix my AC. I wasn’t home when he first came, but he kindly agreed to return. He came back right on schedule, diagnosed my issue, and fixed the problem. All without a lot of jargon and time consuming.

I really appreciate Johnnis coming by and assessing my AC a couple of weeks ago and quickly troubleshooting the problem. He even gave my AC a free washdown! Thanks Johnnis!
