Absolutely satisfied with the job. Dakota initially walked us through the options and was very helpful with getting everything set up. Manuel is very knowledgeable and got the job done very professionally. His assistant Dominic is young, but worked really hard in getting this job done. Both went above and beyond my expectations. I would recommend Master Plumbers to anyone needed plumbing work done, big or small.

Edit/update: After this issue was noticed by Master Plumbers they called to rectify the issue. They were extremely fair in the resolution and understood my frustration. This shows me that they really do care about customer service. As such, I have updated my rating and will be considering their services in the future. Original review: Buying a new house and had them do an inpection. Originally quoted $150/hr but once they showed up on-site was told that it would be $445 flat rate. (Inspection took 1 hr.) They did the inspection just fine. But price was massively inflated once they were on-site compared to quote. Basically ensuring that they will be the LAST place I call for plumbing services in the future.

We would like to thank the team from master plumber that came out and repaired our line. We as many others were hit hard by the freeze and had plumbing issues. They made repairs and worked in darkness after sunset to complete their job. We appreciate master plumber for helping us out, I would personally recommend these folks if you have plumbing issues they're dedicated And Totally customer focused. Thank you, Mr. plumber.

The people in the office were very nice and professional. Ethan was great to work with. He kept me informed on what he was doing and even sent me before and after pictures. He's very well mannered ,professional and very informative and a very nice young man. I highly recommend Master P lumbers for anything they do. You will get a great job done.
