After reading the other reviews, I was shocked by the customer service. We had a pipe start leaking in our kitchen, and a less pressing outdoor faucet issue. Our daughter has a very severe genetic disorder, very specific home prepared meals for her are crucial for her health and ability to function, so having a working kitchen is essential. This happened on Sunday, called on Monday for an appointment that was set up on Thursday between 11am and 2pm. By 4:30pm we were trying to find out if they were still coming, so contacted the main number and was told by the wife of the plumber they had an emergency, and “just like they wouldn’t leave us in trouble, they couldn’t leave these people”. That sounded valid. So they said Friday 12pm-2pm they’ll be here. They show up Friday, see the leak and

Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Replaced frozen, cracked pipes with newest Pex lines! Great job. Will be using them for more work. Highly recommend.

I don’t know why my first review never posted but wanted to give five stars to George and his crew that came out and unclogged our drain in a timely manner. Will definitely use them in the future. I’ve used Master Plumbing for over ten years off and on.
