I recently needed a gas line installed at my home and called Master Rooter Plumbing for a quote. From the very first visit, our technician Steve was nothing short of exceptional. He was professional, polite, and incredibly courteous throughout the entire appointment. Not only did he walk me through everything clearly, but he also noticed and pointed out water in my crawl space—an important detail that another company I contacted completely failed to mention. His honesty and attention to detail immediately set Master Rooter apart. We decided to move forward with the installation, and Steve returned with Joe to complete the job. We had a great experience with Jim Lyman from Master Plumbing! He spent two days at our home installing a new water heater and a water filter, and we were so impressed with his work. Jim is extremely knowledgeable and professional—he clearly knows what he’s doing and takes pride in his work. On top of that, he was easy to communicate with and just a pleasure to have around. I had set up an appointment and then they called me an hour later and said, oh, we're sorry.We had an emergency come up with a restaurant. Well I made my appointment 1st. So since I wasn't going to make them a whole deal of money, I got put on the back burner.I really don't appreciate that. I'm glad that they can afford to lose customers by not honoring their appointments.
