First, understand this place is basically a supplier for contractors, etc. If you walk in as someone who doesn't understand the basics of cabinetry, sinks, etc and expect them to walk you through every detail while still getting a very good near wholesale price level you're going to be disappointed and they may come across as rude and not helpful. However, if you're a semi-pro or competent DIYer, then you'll like this place. I have ordered cabinets multiple times from them and had a good experience each time. I came in last time with some sketches of the kitchen and Stephanie spent 15 minute going through the layout and verifying lengths, etc. Now I did have to stop in the middle and wait for her to check out another guy who came to pick up a sink, but that's what happens when there

I like their service and the sale ladybird great. She takes my order and has it ready by the next day. Great place to buy from.

I was very pleased with the pricing for sinks and kitchen faucets compared to other places I looked at. I didn't think the bathroom faucets were a good price. They had it all in inventory and I was able to get it and go. I was doing a full house remodel and got sinks and faucets. They were sold out of the cabinet style I wanted so didn't even price them out for those.

I didn’t know the exact specification I needed, but the staff helped me out and was informative.

this place is for mostly contractors, they work fast to serve you.. If you need help loading the guys there will help you .. No complaints about this place ..
