Sam assured me he was so busy that he could not fit me in for 6 weeks. When I spoke with him on the phone, he sounded very knowledgeable about wood stoves, so I booked him to service my house and my family member’s house and felt like it would be with the wait. The morning of the appointment he did not show up for the time we booked. I called, no answer. He called back several hours later making some excuses and then apologized and said he could be there in an hour. He then did not show up! I wasted over 6 hours waiting at home for this guy. Extremely unprofessional and rude. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS GUY.

Sam may be a good chimney sweeper, but when it comes to installing chimneys for wood stoves he needs to be more professional. We had a chimney installation by Sam and he never finished the job. If it wasn't one thing, it was another. He cashed the check fast enough. But when it came to installing the correct wall collar it didn't happen. And the smoke issue was apparent that something wasn't right. He wanted $245.00 for a service call. Finish the job you started before asking for more money. I will complete it myself.

Sam is very knowledgeable about his trade. He explains things in terms you can understand. His hard working & honest!

Sam is knowledgeable and friendly. He gives me pointers and potential issues but is not pushy to make a sell. Highly recommend
