We love our backyard. It's a paradise and we get so many compliments. Master Touch Pools was a joy to work with. The attention to detail was amazing. The cleanliness, the professionalism, top notch. Junior was amazing as were all of his team. We had an issue come up after the job was done. One of the contractors used to replace our turf nailed into our sprinkler system. I didn't notice until a while later and they had someone at our house within the hour and the system was repaired. They were also kind enough to repair a head that was on the side of the house that wasn't near their job. I couldn't be happier with the level of service given.

We got a few pool quotes. The prices weren’t that big of a difference but Master Touch started and finished way more pools in the previous year than any of the other companies. We’ve heard horror stories of it taking some people years to finish their pool and we wanted to avoid that fate. They said four months and from the time we got permits issued to the completion of the pool and patio, it took four months almost to the day. They actually did 70% or more in the first two months. Our project manager lacked some communication skills, but he got the project done well and on time. Overall, we highly recommend them. They handled everything, including the permits, and the inside staff responded to our questions pretty regularly during design and build. As for the pool itself, it’s amazing
