DO NOT BUY MASTERBRAND / STARMark PAINTED CABINETS (2019–2022) – $70,000 nightmare Purchased over $70,000 of “premium” StarMark Syracuse Maple Black painted cabinets in 2019 (Order #323987). By 2023–2025, every single door, drawer front, end panel, and even the permanently-installed cabinet boxes are catastrophically failing: • Paint bubbling and peeling on untouched surfaces • Raised center panels delaminating • Miter joints opening • Rails warping MasterBrand’s final written response (November 21, 2025) denied everything as “excessive moisture/water damage and normal wear” and offered to replace only 14 pieces as a “one-time courtesy” while forcing me to sign away my Lifetime Warranty forever and stating “no further parts will be provided.” Labor not covered. Bought my whole kitchen cabinets from here and they are horrible. They chipped, dent, scratchedyou name it. I spent a lot of money for these cabinets. I would give them a 0 if I could.

Total disaster in quality of cabinets. Front came loose because they were not glued. Staples sticking out 1/2”, panels cut too short and came loose, scratches, holes for shelves from left to right side were on different heights,……. On the first delivery 3 out of 13 had to be replaced on the second delivery 100% had to be replaced because of quality issues. This company apparently does not have qualified personnel to build cabinets. My recommendation buy your cabinets elsewhere. Buy the way they make the Diamond brand at Lowes.

Horrible cabinets. We have had issues with chips and wearing away of paint since DAY ONE of install (completed January 2024). Replacement door and drawer after replacement door and drawer - every time taking MONTHS to receive. I finally contacted their sales rep directly instead of my contractor and the plant refuses to make right by their subpar quality cabinets. We spent our hard earned money and all for nothing - to have our beautiful kitchen look like crap in just a few short years. The cabinets are SOFT and the paint is the POOREST of quality. We can't even breathe on these cabinets - we do not even come CLOSE to being hard on them! I should have kept my 1986 cabinets that I painted MYSELF with Behr Alkyd - they were more durable, didn't wear, and didn't chip!!!

Best place to pick up or drop. I've never had to deal with anyone. Just get my paperwork out the box in front of the door, and get my trailer. They're always prompt. And has a side road where I park overnight.
