Mastermind

I had an excellent experience with Mastermind when they came out to repair my heater. It ended up being a motor issue, and James was absolutely fantastic. He took the time to clearly explain what was going on, showed me pictures so I could actually see the problem, and made sure I understood my options before moving forward. I really appreciated how professional, patient, and thorough he was. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing quality work and helping homeowners feel confident in the repairs being done. Because of how great the service was, I signed up for their maintenance plan as well. Highly recommend Mastermind — and especially James — for honest, knowledgeable, and top-notch service!!

They do plumbing as well!! Great service and fast.. it was my kitchen faucet that was leaking and my valves underneath wouldn’t stop the water either. I called and was able to get my faucet and valves replaced for a good price and in a timely manner. Very happy! 😊
