Tyler Nelson and Masterpiece roofing replaced my tile roof after storm damage last year. He was competitively priced, delivered in the timeframe he promised, and did quality work. His crew was professional. He was referred to me by several people in my neighborhood and I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a roof.

Tyler Nelson (owner) took the time to deliver the quote in person, answered all our questions, provided us with catalogs for tile selection, arranged delivery of sample tiles of our choice so we could make an educated decision, explained the timing and details of what the job entailed to be completed, and he stayed in communication with us throughout the whole process. His pricing was fair, and the service was excellent. What stood out the most to us was that Tyler was always timely and always did what he said he would do. His knowledge and professionalism showed time and time again. I would highly recommend Tyler for any roofing needs.

Within hours of reaching out to Tyler by email to inquire whether Masterpiece Roofing addresses issues like ours, he communicated back and scheduled a visit timed to our convenience to review the problem.
