Wayne is an absolute professional. Our A/C has been lackluster for a few months now, and I called Masters based on a glowing recommendation. When Wayne came over, he didn't pressure me to replace my system. He was honest about what was wrong, and offered a few solutions to keep my system running if I didn't want to replace it. He walked me through the science of why my A/C was having issues, so his solutions made sense to me.
