I was going through a nightmare when my basement flooded. I didn’t know any plumbers and started checking on Google and I am the type of person who read all the reviews and consider customers experiences. I called like 3 places and the all wanted a ridiculous fee just to come and check the issue. I found Master Plumbing with 4.9 stars on reviews and I started reading them. Everyone was happy and grateful of Moe’s honesty and professionalism. I picked that one and I am so pleased with his services. Since Moe came to the house, he explained to me very detailed what was the issue and how to proceed, he didn’t talk about money and nothing until talking to our insurance company and see our coverage. Moe worked on my pipes that were leaking and did maintenance on my boiler. He was extremely professional, friendly and explained everything he was doing before he even got started. There was more work than we expected but he got me up and working again. I am very grateful. I would definitely recommend Masters plumbing.

Moe came as scheduled to repair a leaking elbow joint on a steam pipe connecting to a radiator in the master bedroom. He also did a LONG OVERDUE service on our boiler as well. While servicing the boiler, he noticed our water heater relief valve was leaking as well. He took the time to educate me as well on how to properly care for my boiler and water heater being a first time homeowner. I will continue to allow Masters Plumbing to care for my home's plumbing needs.

I called to get the plumbing under the kitchen sink redone. Moe was able to come out just a couple of hours after I called. He repaired the issue completely and efficiently, and he was very professional and courteous. Would definitely hire again.
