The work was done quickly and fairly well. There were 2 minor touch ups that I requested immediately, Keith acknowledged, and promised to address. My insurance company took longer than expected to clear the claim because they challenged the billed amount. I provided Keith access to contact the insurance company to resolve the issue. Rather than communicate with the insurance company to address their concerns to move the claim along, Keith proceeded to harass me. He placed a lien on my house and filed "a warrant for arrest for theft of services and materials". Keith finally returned to the property 40 days after I requested touch ups. May 2021: I was looking for a roof inspection for a property I was looking to purchase over the weekend (no one works the weekend anymore). However, MRRC does and Keith was my inspector. On the initial call Keith was easy to talk to. I described what I was looking for and he informed me of what to expect. His availability was quick and fit perfectly into my schedule. Keith is very responsive to calls as well as text messages and emails; you just don't get that too often these days. He did a thorough inspection of the roof and explained the conditions both verbally and written in a way that I (who might I add has no clue about roofs) could understand. April 2021, my 90 year old mother-in-law, hired Keith to remove and replace her roof with shingles. He talked a good game to her and she paid him in full. Issue is the work is so poor that the roof has leaked since his roofer touch it. So much leaking is going on that her ceiling has fallen and floor swelling. He will ignore your phone number, maybe answer a text, but rarely follows through his response. After tons of attempt to contact Keith, he showed up a couple of times, never fixing the issue, just playing with it. His labor warranty means nothing, will not provide the product warranty he told her he was installing. Keith has refused to correctly fix the roof, refund her money or make any retribution at all.
