After living in a home worked on by Masterson Framing, there isn’t a day that goes by without concern, shock, or disappointment regarding their work. Several “special” inspections for critical areas of the home were never performed because if they were, Masterson’s framing crews would have appalled even the most aloof inspector. Even after having an almost decent crew from Masterson Framing tear out and replace uneven stairs, to this day I wish we would’ve never agreed to a bid from Masterson Framing.

Over 9 months and 4 crews to poorly frame our home. All of the workers have no knowledge about appropriate techniques and aren’t properly trained to follow building codes. I have videos of the same crew framing, tearing down, and re-framing the same section of wall multiple times. The framers on-site will steal anything left out and will find any corner to relieve themself in, besides the port-o-potty. Mark, the QP, is knowledgeable but will say and do whatever to cover up shoddy work. Couldn’t be more appalled by the poor workmanship.

We are currently building in Fountain Hills and hired Masterson Framing...conversation with Mark and Mike the managers were timely and clear and they listened well to my questions and requests. The framing crew, led by Jose the foreman, and Walter, Adam and Sal are spectacular. They are hard working, reliable. technical gifted and skilled and detail oriented. I could not have had a better experience....will add in a final review after the work is completed John

I am over a month into building a custom home with Masterson Framing and as you can imagine "custom" requires adaptations and I am very pleased with Gary, Mark and Jose. We have had several required changes and Gary and Mark's experience has been invaluable and Jose's team implementation has been accurate...can't imagine us doing this custom home with anyone else John & Teri
