MAT Garage

No one is EVER in the church st booths and the machines always eat the tickets without letting out cars. They have an office that is locked with two signs with numbers on the door to call neither numbers are in service I have to wait and beep until someone in one of the MAT cars drives by and plead with them to let me out because I refuse to swipe my card multiple times because it will double charge!!! So so incredibly frustrating but I work nearby so I might just start calling the police every time I’m trapped and I can’t get out. Maybe that will get them to fix the machines

I wish I could leave ZERO stars. Nowhere on the sign does it say you cannot retrieve your car after hours. I would have asked upon entry, but there wasn’t anyone in the booth. The number posted brings you to an unattended voicemail. I highly recommend to NOT park here under ANY circumstances!!! Absolutely ridiculous!

When I drove in, I was manually handed a ticket, and no one mentioned that the garage (and all pedestrian entrances) would be closed at 11pm. My rental car and all my belongings got stuck inside all night.

Great location with easy quick access to 91 and 84

Whatever they say about cash is probably bogus. No attendants on duty so if you run into trouble…good luck. Some of the card payment machines are sketchy (glitch). With that said it’s super easy to get to from highway 84 and the spots are easy to park in. I timed the way out of the lot at 8 minutes right after a play ended. Not as bad as I thought!
