The owner Brendan was so polite and so responsive! Called after hours and still was able to speak with him and get an idea worked out for our septic. He was so kind and came out to pump our septic on a very last minute call right before thanksgiving. I am super appreciative of him being flexible and willing to get out here to help us!! As a new home buyer you want to start off with everything fresh. Our sellers did not empty their septic tank for 5 years! Yes, 5 years. It was so bad, full of very thick and heavy solids. I watched as Brendan threw everything he had to break down the solids that had been left to rot for years. Unfortunately due to the negligence of the previous owners, Brendan could not break up the solids completely. He tried, he really tried. We thanked him for everything he did and the extra time and effort he put into cleaning our tank. Needed a last minute clean out of our septic tank as the day was ending and called these guys as a first-time customer. The customer service on the call alone made us confident we called the right company. He was quick to make his way out to us on Slaton highway even though it was after hours. They cleaned out our tank and even did some extra care for our system. He stayed with us until we knew the problem was resolved. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and detail oriented.
