The entire process was a breeze. Paul and Nicole are very professional and really care about their clients. They are quick to respond and explained the installation process ahead of time. Nick was diligent in making sure the property markers were exact and I can’t say enough about Juan! He’s such a hard worker and he takes great pride in his work. These people are on it. They scheduled 2 day to do the job. They finished in one long day. I was able to let my dogs run in the yard that night. Got several fence estimates from the common fence companies in the St Augustine area. So very happy I went with Mantanza. First impression with Paul the owner was the sell. We discussed several options for my soon to be built pool and decided on a Cedar fence. Since the pool business is backed up and time commitments with them were meaningless it was so easy working the install times with Paul who accommodated the constantly changing time line. The results were every bit as good as the promises made. I am very pleased. The installers were true craftsman cutting the cedar boards on site. And I have to give his workers a well done they left no garbage in my yard. When they were done they cleaned up. This is a 5 star organization.
