Mathew Oil Co

I don't write reviews often, however I felt the need to write one for Mathew Oil. I've gone through many other brand name oil companies around the area but they overcharge on everything. Mathew Oil has been always reliable and competitively priced with oil. Their technicians are top-notch. They're an amazing small business with Jim, the owner, who is the one that usually responds to your questions or issues. It is refreshing to be able to talk to an owner instead of a random customer rep. Check out Mathew Oil and you'll see the difference!

Wanted to update my old post from 4 yrs ago!! A young lady arrived from out of state, to work in her parents home that has been vacant, sadly, since her father's passing in July. Future oil deliveries had been canceled back then and the home was very cold, in the 40's, on her arrival today. With thermostats set at 60 degrees the oil tank had run dry!! Mathews Oil was called, and able to get her an emergency tank of oil in under a couple hours. The front door was even left open so that the driver could fire up the boiler after filling the oil tank. Hour's later reportedly the home has warmed up nicely.... An awesome response Jim and Mathews Oil!!! I have used Jim's company for home heating oil and burner service since 2005. Jim has a great team of people that have gone out of their way on many instances over the years for emergency oil deliveries when we've accidentally run out. And I can recall at least one snowy winter night when Jim showed up to fix our burner which had quit ... customer service still means something to Jim and his team.

Excellent service. Jim Mathews responds right away. He knows the business and is fair in pricing. Then he goes the extra mile. I can't say enough good things about Mathew Oil Company!

Mathews Oil's customer service is a 10 star!!! I would highly recommend. Ownership makes every customer feel like they have been with them their entire lives!
