Mathews Brothers Plumbing

Preston has been my Go-To Plumber since I moved back to Chillicothe in 2019. I Trust him 100%!!! He's Never steered me wrong, Always Straight Forward, & Very Knowledgeable. Never tells me things needed fixed ASAP & Only by him just so he can get more $. This Isn't a Rich Man's Profession. He once suggested Someone Else b/c he couldnt get to me right away. I dont think ppl fully understand how hard Plumbers work, their job isn't 9-5. Treat them well & let's not forget how the world would be like w/o them! Thx Preston & family.

Preston was very kind, straight forward and helpful. He made reasonable suggestions and was on time and completed work in a timely manner.

They were a blessing They worked us in even tho busy, were timely, fixed the problem, educated us as to what to do to possibly prevent more issues, hopefully avoiding major repair work and were congenial, polite, professional and affordable. I have Mathews Brothers in my phone and will call them next time we need help with any plumbing problems!

Completely unprofessional. Tried to get an appointment to see about a leaking water heater, was told that "oh, it's brand new, that can't be it" (it's not, it's at least 5 years old) and that the water was old and stagnant when we had just cleaned in the area that was flooding.

Preston was prompt, affordable, professional and polite!
