Mathis Striping professionally responded to an SOS call needing to stripe a very busy retail strip center before the snow flied. I was quoted a price via phone. When the person showed up to do the work, he said the box would look better if they painted it bigger by 2 feet and it wouldnt cost me anymore money. The painter sprayed the side of curb, and oversprayed several spots not supposed to be painted. I indeed did not recieve a good product. Quite the opposite, a poor job and then was billed for the box being bigger even though I was told I would not be. The crazy thing is, if they would have said the 2 feet would cost more, I would have been Ok with it. I had to refuse to pay until the overspray was cleaned up. Today I recieved a bill for the difference in the bigger box. I called and asked why was I told one thing and then billed for another. The response was that employee was not authorized to offer that
