Horrible verbal encounter and service with this individual! After referring him to a solid 2 year contract with a tenant of mine, this individual repays me with ignorance and compete lack of professionalism! This individual agrees to cover a minor sink hole and first agrees to charge me $60.00. After the job is completed, he states that the charge would be $110.00. I asked him why he was increasing the agreed upon price, and he had no reason whatsover??! He stated that that was the price. I decide not to argue because I felt that maybe he needed to feed his family or something, so I let it pass (I regret it).
