After perusing the reviews most of which seemed suspiciously positive I elected to take a chance. Let me state, with great sincerity and mild disbelief, that I am thoroughly impressed with how things went! The technician arrived, surveyed my electrical chaos, and within an astonishing three minutes declared the culprit with the confidence of seasoned detectives. A quote was provided, work commenced, and in approximately two hours the issue was resolved with such efficiency that I briefly considered knighting them. Michael came out and installed my new dishwasher after I attempted to do it myself and failed miserably! He was respectful, kind to my kiddos, and efficient! In under an hour, for a great price, I had a functional dishwasher ready to go! We will definitely be reaching out to Matrix Services again in the future!
