Absolute scam. Had a crew out of Dallas, TX working up there with trailer issues. Dude stripped the axel, damaged the wheel, and the guys broke down 30 min down the road. He’s now blocked my number. Reporting to police now.
BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS and these people! They are completely running a scam! They take a large deposit from elderly, take photos of themselves "working" when they do a quote, claim they start the job, then attempt to keep the money without actually doing the work! They also wrote-in the letters "LLC" after his business name at the top of his quote paperwork, but I checked the Michigan Licensing and Regulatory Affairs website, and he is not listed as having a legitimate business license! It took getting ahold of state police to get my grandmother's $425 deposit back.
