I chose Matsells on the recommendation of a friend who had seen the company working in his neighborhood and very glad that I did. Josh was a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. The crew tore off two layers of shingles and replaced some rotted wood on the 60+ year old A-frame. Josh worked with my insurance company in order to get stainless steel roofing products covered on the composite roof at the coast. Where to start...Josh(owner) was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. This guy and his crew know what they are doing. Trust me, don't waste your time calling a random construction company and risk getting screwed. Josh did the siding on my residential home and it turned out amazing. This guy cuts no corners and takes his reputation very serious. Small, family owned business that serves our community rain or shine.

We had some very occasional leaks through our roof in Manzanita. Josh came by with one day's notice, checked out the evidence of leaks inside, and climbed up on the roof top do some "5-year maintenance" that may take care of it for $350. He was confident and friendly, and spared me a more expensive job.

Our HOA community chose Matsell's Home Improvement to re-roof several buildings in our community. During the entire process, our experience was professional, honest and straightforward. We have an old lodge on the Wilson River that was in need of an exterior face lift. We came to Matsell's due to the strong and positive word of mouth reviews we came across while prepping for this project. We could not be happier with Matsell's and the work they have done on our house.
