Matt The Carpet Guy

Matt's crew came out to restretch carpet that was previously poorly installed by someone else a couple of years ago. They did an AMAZING job stretching the carpet and getting the bump out. Carpet looks brand new - you can't even tell where the bump was!! Thank you and will definitely use you again if we have any flooring needs!! Your employees are friendly and professional. We scheduled directly with Matt and he was able to send his crew over within a couple of days. Thank you!!

From presentation to installation Matt the Carpet Guy was excellent. I picked out a lovely floor to replace my carpet. It was a pleasure to work with Kurt to choose what I liked. The installation went smoothly with Christian and Nate showing up right on time. They reviewed the area before starting to make sure we were on the right page. They worked as cleanly as possible, vacuuming all the debris on the floor. They advised me that there would be some dust around. I am so happy with my new flooring!

Had new carpet installed today by a superior crew that was personable professional and did a great job. They took great care in disassembling and moving our furniture out and back in. Matt himself came out to satisfy a concern we thought we had with the product, and we were wrong, but so impressed with his motivation to always take care of the customer. I can't say enough about my experience with Matt the carpet Guy. If ten stars were available that's what I would give .From start to finish it's been a pleasure. Selection and pricing was fantastic. We originally went to the store for one room but the quality of the carpet and padding was just top notch and the deal Matt made us we decided to do the entire house. We are extremely satisfied with carpet looks and feels fantastic. Now for the installation Matt's crew arrived right on time they were professional, courteous and very efficient and most of all they cleaned up every thing. I had a great experience with Matt the carpet guy, first off I met Craig in the showroom and he was very knowledgeable and we got right to work, no nonsense. I explained I wanted an upgrade from builder grade and he delivered and at a decent price, upgraded carpet and padding. There was no gray area here with Craig. He did what he could and no more. I was happy with his proposal. Today the installers Christian and Jake showed up on time, moved everything professionally and took out old and installed new. They were both meticulous and took their time but finished fast. These two knew what they were doing as soon as they got there. I was very comfortable.
