Mattice Lock & Safe

I’m usually not a review person. But Mattice Lock & Safe just saved me. My toddler locked himself in my car while in our driveway. I called Mattice, they were there within five minutes and unlocked the car free of charge because a kid was in the car. Seriously, cannot thank them enough. Use Mattice, you won’t regret it.

Outstanding Service from Mattice Lock & Safe! We recently needed a repair on one of our door locks, and Matt was fantastic to work with. He quickly diagnosed the issue and offered several thoughtful solutions. A few days later, he followed up and made additional adjustments to the door—at no extra cost! Matt was friendly, fair, thorough, and clearly knows his craft. We’ll definitely continue using Mattice for all our lock service needs. Highly recommended!

Would gladly give this place 6 stars. Process took 5-10 min to make a copy for my car key. They charged $15 and gave me an Xtra key too when I wanted a rubber end on the key like my original had. Another place I called before going here was charging $250. Highly recommend. FYI for certain keys they have a machine that shutoff around 4pm so call early in advance to make sure u can get what u need.

Great experience! Fast and very good customer service that I received from the woman who answered the phone, Doc who did the work, and witnessed from another guy who helped the customer in front of me. It must be a priority for management. The pricing I received was so fair, I almost wanted to say "that's it?". I will definitely make this my go to company whenever I need help again. 5 Stars for sure!
