Matt's Appliance Care

Without a doubt, one of the best service providers there is. Matt's Appliance Care was prompt, professional, and extremely courteous. Matt got us scheduled the same day, and provided EXCELLENT service at a very, very fair price. He arrived in the time window scheduled, and did a very thorough job, getting our dishwasher repaired. He explained pricing beforehand, and followed up with a breakdown of the work he did. I hope we don't need appliance repair again, but if we do, Matt's Appliance Care is who I am calling.

UPDATE [Feb, 2026]: This was our second time calling on Matt to come fix an appliance. Again, he did not dissapoint. This time our dishwasher was not working. Instead of just trying to sell us a part and move on to the next job, he took the time to diagnose and fix the issue (it was a JetDry issue). Matt is patient, knowlegeable and very good at what he does. He doesn't charge extra, just good old fashioned diagnosing and repair. I do appreciate that in this day and age. Matt fixed our dishwasher. He immediately was able to diagnose the problem and did not require a service fee if we hired him to fix it. Matt is so friendly and personable, with a vast knowledge of appliances. We did have to wait several days for new parts to arrive before the problem could be fixed, but Matt was upfront about the timeline. This was the most affordable repair service and I really enjoyed working with Matt. I would definitely reach out to him in the future for other appliance repairs!

Easy scheduling, honest and affordable. Mat did an awesome job diagnosing my Dishwasher and getting it to work. Rather than upsell me with expensive parts he just did an easy fix for a fraction of what others said it would cost to repair. Definitely will call him when I need another appliance repaired.

Matt is a very conscientious professional who is very knowledgeable (we asked several questions about our washer and several other appliances). He's also very friendly, courteous, and explains everything extremely well. He seems to enjoy troubleshooting and is very good at it... and he did a quality repair with new parts, and did at a reasonable price. We will call him again for any appliance repair.
