Matt's appliance are the only company that I will deal with, professional, prompt, knowledgeable. Diagnosed our dryer on Wednesday arrived early Friday and replaced parts😉. Used them multiple times and always satisfied. Don't allow warranty company to stear you. Insist on Matt and his team.
Very frustrating company to work with. I was told because I removed the 3 screws to the top of the new Whirlpool washer my warranty was void. This is not the case according to Whirlpool. After weeks of working with Costco they had no other service people in the area and booked him one more time. Today he did not show a confirmed appt with Whirlpool. I took off work to have them reply that they didn't get us on their schedule. Very disappointing and still no resolution. 0 stars.
Please do not do business with Matt’s Appliances. They had to come to my home multiple times to fix my ice maker. Multiple parts were needlessly replaced which did not fix the issue. Finally, after contacting Whirlpool the correct part was replaced at over $500. The part last 4 months and failed again. They came to replace the failed part and then sent me a bill for $110 for a diagnostic fee. There was no diagnosis, they had already ordered and brought the replacement part. The part swap took 3 minutes. When I called to question the fee, I was repeatedly told to “hold on”. I was then told the fee is the service fee and they only have a 30 day warranty on their labor. I asked where this policy is written and the owner, Matt, told me that it is an “unwritten policy”. I asked if they
Excellent service at a ver fair price. Phone calls returned, scheduled promptly by literate, efficient office staff. Matt arrived on time, installed our new stove carefully, efficiently, and hauled away the old one. Work was clean and professional. Added to my contact list for any future service or repairs needed. AAA+++
On two different occasions the repair tech said he came by and knocked on our door and said no-one answered, or no-one was home. We were home on both occasions, and we quickly called as he was getting ready to leave the 2nd time and the office manager was unable to reach him. We were then told we were going to have to pay a service charge in order for them to come a 3rd time to repair our stove which we have been waiting to have repaired for a couple of months. We have asked on several occasions to be notified prior to them coming to our house so that we can put our dogs up, and be ready for them. At no point, has anyone given us a call or notified us prior to them showing up. I find them to be unprofessional, dishonest, and untrustworthy.
