Matts Heating & Cooling

Im not one to write reviews but Personally I would use another company. When he came out my furnace was in complete working order but there was a noise so I wanted it looked at. When he left I had no heat at all. When I realized it a couple hours later I called and texted him. He would “read” them but not respond. He was fully aware I had a baby in the house and it is the end of December- unacceptable in my opinion. I’m only giving him one star because he did eventually return my call hours later and came back out to look at it. He said that he must of loosened the wire when he cleaned it out and would need to order a part and would call me in the morning to let me know if he could fix it the following day(Wednesday) or be back out Friday to fix it. Never did call me nor answer my call. I’

We had no heat starting on Thursday night; (November 27, 2025) We called Matt 3 times on Friday & never got any answer. I finally got a text on Sunday stating; ("Out of town tell Monday.") It is freezing out & have now been out of heat for almost 3 days. Matt finally texted on Monday saying he could come out about 1:00 with a new furnace motor. I was representing the church personage; (as I was told to do by the church) and Matt refused to give me a price! He was just going to charge the church. He said he would just cancel the service then if I kept asking for what is the price? He was very rude & mouthy to me on the phone. I deal with a lot of people & he was the worst. He finally came out & installed the new motor but didn't even clean the furnace nor install a new filter. I will never

Our air conditioning quit working after the hottest day of the year. Called Matt first thing in the morning, and he was able to get to our place that afternoon. Got it back running at a very reasonable price.

If I could give Matt and his team 6 stars I would. I was told by a local heating, plumbing and cooling company in lake Orion, that I would need to pay 6,000 for a brand new AC unit. We called Matt, he came out same day, assessed the AC unit and determined it can be fixed for $300. Saving us $5,700. I will never go anywhere else, thank you Matt and Jeff for your honesty and professionalism.

I called Matt yesterday and he was out to my house this morning. He fixed my ac for the moment and we ordered a new AC and Furnace to be installed Wednesday. We had a couple quotes and Matt hands down gave us the best!
