They must be to busy to call back. I called and wanted an estimate for two driveway additions, the person answering the phone said an estimator would call me back. two days later I called and got the same story. When they didn't call back, I called 3 other contractors and had written estimates within 48 hours. If they don't want the job, they shouldn't string you along.

We used Matt's for a commercial job in Fenwick Island - both paving and seal coating work. Matt's was great to work with. They were flexible when we had to split up the work due to construction and space availability, they offered solutions to a couple of obstacles we encountered and were friendly and easy to communicate with. Pricing was competitive and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Matt's Paving did an initial job for me and did a nice job. While they were here, I asked them to give me a quote for another repair. That was March March 8th. When I did not here back from John, I texted him on March 20th and he said " I'm sorry, I will check with him (the estimator) and get back to you post haste." When I did not hear back, I texted again on March 26th..no response. I called John and left a phone message on March 31st. Again no response. I am extremely disappointed in this company. I thought they were more service oriented.

Never call back call twice.
