A person who puts their all into their work for YEARS should not be someone you just toss out the door! Will not be back at a business that does value the hard work people put into their store.

Great family run business that cares about their employees, clients and community. I can not tell you how many times they have saved me a trip to big rapids, whether it be lumber, plumbing parts or tools they have you covered!!

What an awesome hardware store! For a small town like Howard City, this store has nearly everything needed for most projects. Plus, there's a craft & hobby section! Employees are helpful and willing to assist finding anything in the store. Store has a nice selection of lumber also.

Great local hardware store, bigger than one would expect, and super friendly and helpful staff. Odds are, they have what you need or they’ll help you get it. Update: there was an issue with a discontinued product line. They did what they needed to make it right. Good people.

Great selections and ultra helpful employees. Living out in the sticks, I appreciate having them within quick driving distance. That store has saved my behind countless times in the last 10 years. They are great at chain saw chain sharpening also. $5 each. Saves me time when I let dull ones pile up. Keep your blade out of the dirt kids. 😂
