Hired MauiScape / Maui Hydro-Seeding for El Toro Zoysia installation. I had considered trying to do it on my own but I'm stoked I didn't waste my time/money. They custom mix based on micro-climate a "witches brew" of fertilizers/anti-fungicides/rooting compound/etc... Something I hadn't even considered. I knew from the start of the project that it had a great chance of taking off. The stolons were super green/moist and had some basic root growth from the start. Resulting lawn is thick green and gorgeous. These guys are experts in what they do and totally professional. Came back a few months later to check on the project and offer advise on long-term care which I really appreciated.

Soooo glad we found Olin and his crew! They installed several hundred plants for us with irrigation system, and it went like clockwork. Responsive, friendly, competent, what more do you want in a landscape contractor? I think it's rare to find such a great crew, who is willing to go the extra mile to satisfy clients. Had a few questions about the irrigation, and within no time he was back here on the property taking care of it all!! We will definitely use Mauiscapes again. And again and again!

We contacted Mauiscapes for install of our lawn. After speaking will Olin we decided to go with Seashore. Olin and his crew brought in topsoil then sprayed the yard with hydromulch. The grass grew in very quickly and I was mowing in just 5 weeks. We have enjoyed our beautiful yard ever since.

Torsten was very knowledgeable and professional being accessible, timely and spot on in the hydroseeding of my lawn in Pukalani. I couldn't be more pleased in the outcome. At 1/3 + the cost of installing sod without the seams or grass that needs thatching after install. No you don't get instant lawn, it takes a few of months to grow and fill in after extensive watering (thank goodness the new electronic watering systems can handle multiple light waterings throughout the day). Would I recommend him, hands down YES and already have others interested in his services. Worth giving a call and discussing your individual needs.
