Mauldin & Cook Fence Co.

We have used Mauldin & Cook for about 35 years. So, when we were ready to renew and repair our old fence, they were the first place we called. In the past their estimator and installers have been very friendly and professional. This time however, not so much. The guy who came out to do the estimate was rude, impatient and not very helpful. It was as if he didn't care if he got the job or not. We did manage to find another company to give us what we wanted for a competitive price and the service was spectacular.

We just hired Mauldin & Cook to install a motorized gate for our new home and we could not be more pleased with both the customer experience as well as the work done. From my initial phone consultation with Steve Cook, I knew that I was working with a first class company. They worked hard throughout the process to make sure we would be happy with our gate. It was custom made and came out even better than we could have envisioned - it's a great addition to the look of our house. Thanks for a job well done!

Their bid was the highest, but I appreciated that they worked around my schedule for the quote. When I questioned them about the high bid, they said they would work until we were completely satisfied. Given my experience already with them, I was sold. We do have a fence now, but installers left tire tracks through my front yard trying to get out of my driveway, and I'm still picking up their trash they left behind including soda cans, plastic tabs, and plastic nail holders. I've sent pics to the company, and there was not even an apology. Ray did have a crew come fix the gate that was left with a big gap. I did reply after that with pics of yard and fence gaps. We had a large tree fall in our back yard and it took down a fair portion of our chain link fence. From the first call I made to schedule a quote to the time the work was completed, the experience has been flawless. The company was recommended by several of my neighbors, and now I see why. I hope I don't see them again anytime soon, but I know who I'll turn to if the need arises. What a great experience!

Professional - Communicative - Well Priced From the initial meeting to get a quote to working with me regarding pricing, I was very pleased with their work. My new fence just got put up, and I am extremely happy. They took things into consideration like the ground clearance on the gates. Overall, I am extremely happy and found their pricing very fair.
