Chris D and his crew took care of a 68 foot run of my chain link that was destroyed by many years of storms and downed trees. Took them about 2 hours from start to finish to do a fantastic job to rip and replace this section. Pricing was good and Brenon was super to work with as the sales rep leading up to this repair job. Front desk (older) lady. ALWAYS has attitude with me, in person and over the phone. Employees and workers are wonderful there. Front desk lady needs to find a new job. Maury Fence lost a big customer today due to poor customer service over the past few months and I’m tired of it. You’d think I’m asking for the world when I need a quote for materials. Would’ve been great doing business with yall but I honestly can’t stand her and won’t put up with it anymore. I’m always polite and respectful when talking to people and she doesn’t bring the same energy whatsoever.

It appears I’m not the only one who has been witness to your trucks driving with complete disregard for public safety or traffic laws. From reading your recent reviews it looks like it is the “Wild West” at your company. I especially like the copy and paste responses to your reviews. Shows how much you care.

As an update as of 2/3/25: The company has blocked my number; therefore, they cannot make things right, as their autogenerated response indicates. There are a myriad of things that I could say about this company. Unequivocally, this is the worst company I have dealt with across any industry. From their customer service to the quality of their work, they have been much more than a disappointment. This company has been the epitome of classlessness, unprofessionalism and provided poor craftsmanship at their chosen trade. You all did a spectacular job on our fence back in November 2023! I tell anyone who stops by our home and compliments that you guys did it and that your professionalism (with the installment of the fence AND with your kindness toward us when the guys were out here) are top notch! Amazing and beautiful work. I enjoyed watching the crew work so well together, pull the levels out, adjust where needed, work quickly but precisely, all of it!
