We had a Pergola constructed over our concrete patio. We were referred to Mavaian Remodeling via Home Depot. We were contacted by Mavaian Remodeling and set an appointment for a quote. From the time we initially spoke Jose was extremely professional and timely. He was able to begin the project just one week after we initially received the quote. This was a custom pergola that was required to fit a large patio and the top of the structure had to be engineered to hold over 1000lbs. Jose was able to work with me to ensure these specifications were met and completed the job on time. My experience was extremely positive and I would recommend this company to may friends and family.

Jose and Mavaian Remodel were fantastic. We remodeled a dated bathroom with a peeling bathtub. Our work included removal of the old tub, a new walk-in shower, a new raised toilet and new vinyl plank flooring. We are very pleased with the quality of work. Every day Jose made certain our bathroom was clean from the days work and usable (other than the shower). What I valued most was that Jose told me what his schedule was and that is exactly what he did. I recommend Mavaian and Jose wholeheartedly. He is attentive to detail and very skilled.

I am so impressed with Mavaian’s wide -ranging capability and top-notch work. They handled diverse projects for me, ranging from 13 storm window replacements, two basement window replacements, two garden enclosures, and window well covers to adding a cement step and safety railings on my front porch. In the case of the windows, some modifications were required along with painting, all completed to my entire satisfaction and at a reasonable price. They also solved a drainage problem related to a back gutter. I will certainly call on them for any future remodeling projects!
