My experience from beginning of talking to my salesman to the end of the installation was a great experience. I would recommend this company and my salesman and my installation crew to anyone. EDIT: Wanted to update after the owner reached out to us. The experience with him (Chad) was amazing, and he was genuinely apologetic about how things went down. He took all of our concerns very seriously and worked really hard on his end to make this feasible for us - we ended up going with Maverick after all. :) Really great guy, very happy with the way he addressed our concerns, and we're excited to finally be getting our windows put in! Thank you! I'm extremely disappointed in this company. We had someone come to our door and set us up with a quote. They said this company was highly competitive and would do way better than our 11k quotes from other companies, so have them on hand when the representative comes to your house. That appointment took 2 hours, and the representative didn't

I found Maverick Windows' entire process to be honest and straight-forward. No high pressure sales people. Lots of facts. My windows are now in and the installers did a fabulous job. Had 2 upstairs windows replaced. They came out and measured and showed us different samples. We had numerous quotes and Maverick was one of the more reasonable ones. When they came out to install the windows, they were professional and helpful throughout the process. Would definitly use them again.
