The receptionist who takes the applications and speaks on behalf of Mr. Gurwicz, well she is truly the definition of miserable. This woman had me come back three separate times requesting different paperwork to submit with the application and once I brought her everything she asked for she took 10 seconds to flip through it and say “No, Mr. Gurwicz will not rent to you.”. When I asked why the information I submitted wouldn’t suffice she told me that I needed my bank statements to show I had 10k…who has 10k in the bank that is trying to rent a studio apartment???? When I asked to speak to Mr. Gurwicz himself she brushed me off with a call the next day once again speaking for him telling me I do not meet the standards. This is a poorly run “family business”. They just want your money they keep raising the rent and never fix anything. Woodcrest Apt have nice and bad mildew in bathroom that they just paint ove. Do not recomend this place.

The owners are careless and selfish. They don’t care about their tenants or staff. They just want to collect.

Great family-owned local Builder! Much higher quality and attention to detail than the national companies.

So far good the young man showing me apartments have been nice
