Had a roof leak after big storm and called Max roofing to get an appointment and they said they would send someone out between 11-2 but never received a call or saw the tech. I called 3 times and each time was told (with no apology or explanation whatsoever), I'll message the tech and have him reach out to you, which he never did. They were planning to charge me $199 just to come and look at the leak! Ended up using Seabreeze Roofing instead and they were great!

Max Roofing Repair Service was very professional throughout the process, they are very knowledgeable and he was able to answer all my questions. Workers who did the installation was very polite and they clean up all the debris around my property when the job was completed. Would use them again.
