Placed an order on the 19th with express delivery, expecting the item to ship within 24 hours like the website stated. A shipping label was created on the 21st. And then nothing. Item didn’t ship, no one’s answers emails or phone calls. It’s over 100 degrees here, we need the coolant, if something happened and you can’t send it, just tell me and refund me so I can purchase somewhere else

Bought refrigerant that I ended up not needing. Returned it and never received the return money. Seller has become unresponsive. Would not recommend.

Great Company! This is the 3rd time I have ordered from them, and each time order ships next day and arrives quickly. On my 3rd order the product arrived damaged (handling), and they imediately shipped me a replacement without any hassle. My go to for all future needs.

While I wasn't able to do business with Maxair since the unit I wanted ended up being out of stock, Chase was easy to work with and took the time to talk to me about my house and the alternative systems available to me. I can tell he's a genuine guy who's not out to step on people's backs to make a quick buck but actually cares. Too bad it didn't work out, but I would recommend Maxair in general based on my experience and conversations with Chase.
