Years ago Maxim's drilled our well in South Lake Charles. Recently, we broke the pipe going from the pump to the tank. Thinking that was going to be a challenge for them I took a photo of that broken area to their office in Welch. Their receptionist was very helpful. She said she would contact their repairman. I was no more than 10 minutes from their office returning home when the repairmen called me and said they were in Lake Charles and would be happy to help me. And help me they did. They were very pleasant folks and repaired the break in a very short time for a very reasonable fee. I would recommend them to anyone that needs a well drilled or repairs.

Bradley and James did a fantastic and efficient job changing out my submersible pump. Plus, they were friendly and patient with my questions. It’s rare to find a company who still operates this way. I will definitely be calling them for my future water well needs. Thank you and God bless!

We bought a new house and the water pressure was awful. We were having all sorts of issues with it. We called Maxim and holy smokes they were incredible. They came and looked at everything the SAME DAY we called. They needed to replace our pump, so they ordered and had it within the week. When we called them to follow up on the delivery, the receptionist connected us with them in minutes and they showed up just a half hour after that to replace it. Friendly and answered my hundred questions. Absolutely use Maxim.

Great workers. Saved me lots of money by recommending a different size pump. I will always use this company in the future. They are fast and very efficient. Came out the day i needed them to and came back the next day to fix the issue. 5 star rated.

I recommend them for all of you water well problems. We move into our house in July and we have had problems with our well since moving in. We have used other well services that didn't get to the source of the problem. We woke up to no water Saturday morning, we called them and they called us back within an hour and by 11:00am we had water back on!!!! Turns out our pressure switch needed to be changed.
