**update to say they came back and made it right as best as they could, shampoo'd the carpet and rug, cleaned the remaining dirty spots. I'm very grateful and am updating the rating. They're very kind, sincere people. They said it's never happened before, were just as surprised as I was and were happy to clean up the mess. They cleaned our chimney nicely, my husband's interaction with them was great, but when I got home after they had gone, our *entire* living room was coated in a fine layer of soot. The white carpet, tv, lights, couch & recliners, throw pillows, Christmas decorations, even the kitchen counter and appliances. The rug at the hearth - black now! And next to that - A patch of the white carpet was soaking wet with whatever liquid they used, and became dark brown once the vacu

Jessica and Don were awesome from the first phone call you make to them til the job is complete. I would recommend maximum energy savers to anyone they are very polite, friendly, go above and beyond to answer any questions you may have. I had to have a chimney liner put in and a cap installed and some other work done ,They explain everything very clearly and what they would be doing, to top it off while doing our chimney work they noticed a couple of cracks in our chimney and took care of it and saved us from having to call out another company to seal them.
