Maximum Heating & Air Conditioning

We had some unexpected issues after moving back into our home this fall. First, we noticed a slight gas smell in the basement, and our CO₂ alarm kept going off, so we had to call the gas company to check for leaks. Around the same time—right before Thanksgiving—the weather dropped and our furnace suddenly stopped staying on or heating properly. Our contractor contacted Maximum Heating and Air Conditioning, and they came out within a couple of hours. During the first visit the furnace seemed to work, but about 15 minutes after they left it shut off again. I reached back out, and they returned within three hours. My heat went down. I called them. They came right away. They got my heat working. They didn’t charge me. The following day They came and replaced my exhaust motor and cleaned my ducts. They guaranteed their work and parts. I highly recommend.

I had a problem with my furnace, and Marco made time to come out that same day! He figured out what was wrong and got it fixed right away under warranty. While he was there, he also did the seasonal maintenance/cleaning I needed too. Great work!
