Maxwell House Painting and Contracting

Worst contractor I have ever worked with. Exterior paint work began peeling and blistering a few months after the work was completed. They agreed to repaint under the two-year warranty in the contract, but it took five months of repeated calls and emails before they showed up again. They scraped off the peeling paint and just repainted over bare wet wood. No primer. No sealer. Didn't let it dry. Two weeks later the paint was peeling again. I contacted them again and sent pics, but they just ghosted me. If you hire Maxwell House to do your painting, you're just wasting your money.

I had researched several other painters, and Maxwell House's quote was nearly half for the same amount of work - one painter came out and painted these three walls in less than a day! Marissa in the office was super helpful with finding a time that worked in our crazy schedule, and the painter that came out was courteous, professional, and honestly charming. It was a pleasure having him do the work, and it came out great! At the end of the day, the workspace was spotless, had you not seen the painting actually happen, you would think that it was done automatically. We are thrilled with how the final product looks. They really couldn't have done a better job. When we need painting services again, we will call Maxwell House first.

Overall not a bad experience with Bryan but I do feel like there’s room for improvement. We had our bathroom redone which looks great, however during the process, his workers did leave quite a bit of a mess in our home. There were also a few minor things that needed to be fixed at the end of the project, which all were taken care of. Bryan and Beth were great to work with, I just think some of his workers could be trained a little better.

Excellent job provided by Maxwell House! Within budget, completed on time, performed by well seasoned professionals. They tackled a difficult task early on, and still completed project to our great satisfaction. We absolutely love the finished product and the process to renovate our bedroom. This is the second project performed by Maxwell House in our home! Would recommend calling them for any project in your house!
