My phone call was quickly returned. They were so courteous and helpful. To my surprise they were able to come out the next day. Fred was friendly and gave me advice on how to care for the system. It was a pleasant experience in spite of an unpleasant topic. Highly recommend Maxwell.

Our service technician Fred was friendly during the appointment and took the time to explain our septic system to us and gave us tips to help maintain our system. We recently had some septic issues after the winter storm. Marc was exceptional when coming out and explaining what was going with our septic. He also was very informative on things to change moving forward. We will continue to use this company moving forward. The only thing I will say whomever schedules told us 2:00, we didn’t have a worker here until 4:30, but we did get updates stating for the new times.

I started by sending an email to get prices; they were very quick in responding and informative with the process to get the service done. I scheduled the appointment, I got reminder calls, emails and text about it. The technician called an hour before he was to be to the house. I had a great experience with Maxwell! My husband and I just moved into a house and our septic tank needed to be serviced.
