We finally found a commercial HVAC company that really cares. Our showroom AC unit failed last week in the extreme heat. We contacted Maxwell Service Group. The lady that answered the phone was very pleasant and accommodating. Abe their service technician traveled to our facility, did a thorough inspection and evaluation of the failed unit. With this information Justin their service manager created a very competitive estimate. New unit installed quickly and professionally by Paul and Tyler. All staff could have not have been nicer. One star only because I have to....Just received unprofessional commercial service by technician. We are a restaurant chain having filters replaced in a sanitizing HVAC system, received no service appointment pre-call to agree upon available servicing time, since they just showed up at lunch time, when told he could not be in the kitchen area during operating hours for Food Safety concerns, he decided he would do what he wanted to do, after agreeing to allow the work in our unoccupied dining space, then lied about placing a phone call to business owner for approval to be in kitchen area. We did not select this business, they were contracted by our Vendor. Did not ask for our work invoice completed signature, just wrote COVID-19 on the sig line.
