Maxwell Siding & Window

Darwin Maxwell is very unprofessional! Did not give us a contract or receipt for siding and windows. We trusted he would be honest. Gave us 2 different start dates and never called us to tell us they wouldn’t be out on the schedule start dates, we had to call him! When job was done we gave him final payment and he took our check and left. Tried contacting him several times to get a receipt and warranty information and he refused to take our calls and wouldn’t respond to texts. We have opened a case with Attorney General’s office so hopefully they can resolve this issue.

Quality work, fair pricing and the customer service was top notch.

Poor work, constantly put off, horrible business to work with.
