1 star is to high. First the only good thing I can say about the company is that Ray is an amazing tech! He is 5 stars and if he worked for a better company he would get even more stars! I have a warranty through AHS and I have had an issue that started in July and they just finished mid October! 3 months! I have had 5 techs. The first tech came to the house twice. Not sure if he went out sick or what but orders he put in didn’t get done. Tech number 2 came out was annoyed that they hadn’t sent the original guys and he didn’t bring the parts needed. He told me they hadn’t ordered it and he had no notes from tech 1. When I asked him to call the company he lied and told me they were closed. I called the company and got them and asked him to speak to them and he refused so they ended up ca

Absolutely do not use this company. They are a fraudulent and incompetent. They truck you into giving a phony 5 star review by saying that they will discount your service by $50. Then as soon as they leave , the work that they did falls apart. I had a hot water heater replaced by them through my warranty company. I had to pay an additional $500 on top of my service call and my monthly fee payment. They replaced the water heater, but the next day I realized that I was not getting enough water for more than 1 shower. I called them and they said oh that’s just how hot water heaters are these days. I went back and looked and pictures of the unit that was replaced and noticed there was a mixing valve that they did not put on the new unit. They did come back in a week to add the mixing valve but

DO NOT USE THEM FOR SERVICES!!! My warranty company sent him. ROBERT was the man sent to check on my work order from this company. He came in my house and didn’t even get pass my first door and said “what am I even doing here, the warranty is going to deny you and you don’t have any parking and wasting my time.” I responded that’s between me and warranty your supposed to do another check” he said “I’m not checking something I know is denied you have a good day I’m not doing anything.” And walked out slamming my front door. This man began walking to his car calling me names and curing at me in a violent way, frighten me, disrespected me and left , didn’t even turn a faucet on before doing this. My experience with Mayes Plumbing couldn’t have gone any better. Ray was dispatched to my location and arrived promptly. He was courteous and knowledgeable. He fixed the problem with my garage disposal and my outdoor spigot in a timely and professional manner. He also explained what caused the problems as he doing the repairs so they could be avoided in the future. Thank you!

Horrible customer service! This company did not fix the plumbing issue after waiting a week to be serviced, only to be scheduled 3weeks later for someone to come back out because they refused to work with me regarding scheduling conflicts. I will never do business with this company again. Super disappointed in the lack customer service and willingness to come back out (during a reasonable time because their time window SUCKS!) and fix the issue that was never fixed the first time a technician came out.
