Alex and the whole Mayflower Team were a pleasure to work with. Before Mayflower, I had problems having a new sauna heater connected. I reached out to several companies that claimed to work on sauna heaters. Mayflower responded quickly and professionally. I arranged a survey with Alex who was on time, professional, and polite. These sauna heaters are more complex than I would have expected and there are so many combinations of heater and sauna. Alex did some serious research with both the maker of the heater and the sauna. Mayflower provided a quote; I signed the contract. Alex showed up on time. No drama. Installed and connected the heater perfectly and even followed up after several days to make sure all was well. The designer had great ideas for the layout we never would've thought of. Cabinets are gorgeous and the quartz is perfect. Mayflower Construction is by far the best construction and design company I have ever used. They far exceeded our expectations. We used them to update our outside deck, design and reconfigure our kitchen, bathroom, pantry, beverage center, and laundry room. We hired Mayflower Construction to renovate our kitchen, powder room, den and laundry room. We had a great experience and I would highly recommend them. Nicole was our designer and she not only beautifully designed our project but was a great support during the process. Alex was our project manager and came by almost every day to check on things and make recommendations. Frank was our foreman and he was tremendous. The team who worked in our house were skilled and helpful. I especially liked that they were assigned to our project and consistently worked long hours to achieve the project goals.
