Adam was wonderful to work with. I replaced my roof in Sept 2025 .Great communication. Returned my emails and phone calls promptly.Very detailed contract He said it would be done in 2 days and it was. I was so impressed with his men that did the work. They showed up on time and left my place immaculate! They leave blowed all around the house.They were so careful with my landscaping. I interviewed 3 different roofers. I liked Adam because he came with excellent references. Putting a roof on is an expensive job and after interviewing him i felt confident the job would get done right( he pulled the permits) and in a timely manner i would highly recommend him to my family and friends.

Maynard roofing was really great! I would highly recommend them. Adam was patient and flexible while I worked with solar company to remove panels. The skylight he recommend is awesome. The workmanship is top notch. The price was good. They were here when they said they would be. The roof repair and skylight replacement were completed in 1 day. We recently had our roof and gutters replaced and couldn’t be happier with the results. We got a few quotes, and Maynard was right in the same price range as the others—but the quality of their work and the materials they used really stood out. The crew was professional, punctual, and thorough from start to finish. Communication was great throughout the process, and the clean-up was spotless. Our home looks fantastic. This was a big job (tear down of two layers on a dual-gable roof colonial and gutter replacement) and I’m so glad we chose Maynard.

Adam Maynard was very prompt to stop by and inspect our gutters as well as give me a quote for an upgrade (from 4" to 6" gutters). He and his assistant scheduled a date for installation soon after that, were here at the house on time, and worked diligently and professionally to do the installation. Both of the guys were personable and friendly. The work was done in a first-rate manner, and my wife and I were very pleased with the results.
